The HSC Society and Culture class are currently working on their major work: the Personal Interest Project (PIP). Students have been asked to give short presentations on the work they are putting into their PIP and these presentations will run on Wednesday 21st June at 6PM in G1.
We would like to invite Pathways students and their families to attend and support 13 students who are bravely undertaking the biggest academic research task many of them have ever completed. It would be lovely for them to have an audience to share their hard work with and to feel supported as they undertake the task of synthesising their research into the final document. This invitation is also open to all students in Year 9 and 10 who are interested in Society and Culture as a potential HSC subject.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact Kelly: email@example.com
We would love to see you there!
Bookings are now open for Year 7 - 10 Parent Teacher Interviews. Interviews will take place on the evening of Tuesday 20th June, between 4pm and 8pm. Please be aware that Sharon Harris is not available for bookings as she will be on leave during this time. Barb Hall is not able to attend interviews on Tuesday but is open for bookings on Wednesday 21st June.
On Friday afternoon, our Years 1 & 2 children and their teachers returned with spring in their steps after an excursion to the Locomotive Museum at Valley Heights. In grown up fashion, they travelled by train and used individual Opal Cards! Simultaneously, and through another window, the high school co-curricular cooking group were highly animated after preparing and eating a very hot green curry. As it was a cold afternoon, many of us had a tinge of envy! However, we managed to keep warm in Week 6 as winter arrived.
