On Saturday night, 16th of June, a vast number of remarkably talented High School students presented a performance showcase of singing, dancing, drama and stand up comedy at the Clarendon in Katoomba.
Some of our year 10 students volunteered to be part of the Reading Trail for Reading Week. They dressed up as Billy Booksie and his minder and read to children at Katoomba Library, Katoomba North School, and other shops in Katoomba Street.
Their generosity and creative spirits are much appreciated.

As part of Class 3/4/5's current Food Main Lesson, students were given a special cooking task. They were asked to brainstorm, research, design and make their own creative healthy snack. Masterchef watch out - look what our kids made!!!
The Gala Day for the under 8's, 9's and 10's was a great success.Our under 10 boy's team won, and Angus Re was awarded under 10's player of the competition.

It is Kath Veel's first foray into sports' journalism.
This has become an extremely busy time for many Year 10 students with futsal this week, as well as the Women's Health Centre visit and men's health session, The Clarendon event this Saturday night, and then Book Week activities next week.
High school students are offered a fascinating array of options for Thursday afternoon sport.
This term's options include Maddie Wilson's dance class and Richie Glascow's "100 Drums" drumming class.
Students love the classes and we are grateful for the passion and talent of the teachers.
