What a week of activities we have had in Week 4 at Korowal! Between camps, carnivals, work bees and meetings we have gathered both within and outside of school to enjoy each other’s company.
Dear bus travellers,
Thank you for your understanding regarding the cancellation of the bus today.
Our bus needs to stay at the mechanics for another day, and we have only been able to find a 12 seater bus as a replacement for tomorrow - Tuesday 28th February.
We will therefore provide transport for the students travelling from Katoomba and Leura, and from Springwood. We will also be able to transport students to the train station in the afternoon, and back up the mountain to Leura and Katoomba.
If you need transport for your child and you live in Wentworth Falls or closer to Hazelbrook, please contact the school as we have staff who can provide transport in their cars.
Again, we apologise for any inconvenience.

Year 6 parents are planning a get together - to catch up and meet families new to the class - on Friday March 10, at the Hazelbrook Bowling Club
On Feb 9, several elective (9/10) drama and Pathways drama students went to OnStage - a production showcasing the selected best works from last year’s HSC examinations. These selected performances were not just entertaining but showed us what to aim for if taking drama to the HSC level.
From the ebullient novelty of Kindy through to the measured familiarity of our HSC students, throughout the School in Week 3 our students appeared settled and engaged. Thank you for attending our class meetings and sharing your questions and thoughts. Next week we have our final meeting as the Years 3 and 4 parent meeting is to be held on Monday.
